Issue Boarding Pass: Passenger Safety Level MAS Contest

A passenger on Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has recently attracted the attention of many on the Facebook page when questioned the safety of the national airlines of allegedly incompetent.

It all began when a passenger called Chin Xin Ci faced with a situation where the seating in MH1433 flight from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur recently taken by others who are not known.

Xin Ci are puzzled by the incident, expressed his regret how the MAS may issue a boarding pass to a person posing as him.

"I see somebody sitting in my seat in the plane. I am told that it is the seat of my car but imagine my surprise when he took a pass off my name and number written on the same flight, "he said.

Xin Ci revealed again, when through security checks at the entrance, no one was assigned to check whether the corresponding identification card with your name printed on the pass.

"This is a big problem. Imagine a security risk if people could enter the plane with boarding pass to someone else.

"What happens if that person is a criminal and successful use my identity to board the flight. Have not we learned anything from the MH370? "He said, clearly disappointed.

It is understood that after the incident the staff MAS refused to deport passengers were instead asked Xin Ci sit somewhere else, namely three rows behind where it should be.

In comments on the status of Xin Ci, the MAS management had received his complaint and promised to investigate the incident.
