A woman from Iowa, United States, Shelby Magnani, see a doctor after he experienced a sharp pain in the side of his stomach.
But Shelby shocked when told she was pregnant 6 months and should produce her baby in a timely manner.
Surprisingly, Shelby, her baby is not one, but two!
Shelby twins, Anna and Ava, was born a few hours later by the C-section.
Shelby's fiancé, James Croskey also very shocked to receive the news and are still trying to adjust to her new status as a father.
