Three days before the plane crash tragedy AirAsia QZ8501, airplane pilot, Captain Ooi attended a ceremony commemorating the death of his sister who had just died a week ago in Yogyakarta.
Quote from Indonesian news portal Kompas.com, the ceremony was held on the seventh day to commemorate her late brother, Eddie.
"The last time I met with irianto is on three days ago," he said Hood Broto, a cousin of Captain Ooi who also were in the ceremony commemorating Edi seven days.
He also revealed that he (Captain Ooi) was on vacation with his family to California and back to Surabaya for work while her two children, Ninis and Galih still be there.
Shortly news QZ8501 AirAsia aircraft was lost from radar, all members of the family have been rushed to the airport in Surabaya.
