ROMPIN: Spending firecrackers without the knowledge of their parents, a third year student at the broken left wrist caused by an explosion of fireworks at his home, FELDA Keratong 1, latter Shah, yesterday afternoon.
In the incident which occurred at 5 pm, the victim wrist broken when firecrackers exploded before he could throw it holds.
The mother, 30's only aware of the incident when he heard her scream before they found her lying in pain.
The victim was rushed to hospital phases of treatment before being referred to the Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan (HTAA), Kuantan.
Victim's condition is stabilized, however, is likely to lose her wrist as a result of the explosion of fireworks involved. The victim is now in the intensive care unit (ICU) HTAA.
