PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court was told there was no tear or injury to the anus of Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, 29, who allegedly sodomized by Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Advocate, Ram Karpal Singh in his submission yesterday, when the evidence of Mohd Saiful claimed he was sodomized five minutes but told police investigators and doctors Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), the incident occurred during the 30 minutes.
"How does no injury to the rectum while he claimed to have been sodomized by greedy and continue for the time being?" he asked.
He said Mohd Saiful's evidence has raised doubts clear.
He said SMC Medical Officer, Dr Mohd Osman Abdul Hamid in the report also found that the anus of Mohd Saiful is under normal circumstances.
