Houston: A policeman was arrested after he allegedly offered to release a woman who allegedly committed the offense if he is allowed to kiss the feet of the woman.
Patrick Quinn, 26, reportedly stopped a car she was in August last year as vehicle insurance expires.
Quinn told the woman he smelled marijuana in the car. Women were denied.
The policemen then performs inspections in the vehicle while she was waiting in the patrol car.
Quinn allegedly told the woman about her favorite kiss the feet of the woman and let her go if she is allowed to bid on kissing her.
He also told the victim about the desire to lick feet, according to the assistant prosecutor Daniel Werlinger.
The woman took off her shoes, but she changed his mind.
"She gave him another option. Since she was wearing a skirt, Quinn offered release if he gave her underwear, "said Werlinger.
He released her without kissing or licking the feet of the woman.
The woman filed a police report, and investigators identified her through fingerprints on the insurance card mangsa.
