A man who was arrested while trying to rape a teenage girl is now in a critical condition after his penis cut off by local residents using butcher knife.
Having found the 40-year-old girl was pushed to the wall, a bunch of locals who heard the screams of the woman dragged the man to the meat shop near where the men were beaten with sticks for an hour before cutting the male genitalia.
