Shanna Avril does not plead guilty he does not remember what happened


A woman who got the attention of users through the social networking site that viral video for the action of removing her bra before asking a dealer of scrimmage in Jalan Petaling, pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate's Court here today on counts of committing lewd acts in public places.

The accused, who hails from Sabah was made a confession before Magistrate Zura Syazween Hamizan.

The accused, who is also a part-time model wearing a black jacket and white skirt, appeared calm in the dock during the proceedings.

According to the charge, he was charged with committing the offense at Jalan Petaling, at 2:07 pm on Thursday.

The Court did not set bail and fixed May 29 for mention.

The case is being investigated under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955 as immodest.
