Nor Atikah student bodies buried

Nor Atikah, 25, a medical student in the late Russian National Research Medical University in Moscow died in the intensive care unit of Hospital Sklifosovskogo caused burns to 30 percent of the face, hands and feet.

Pasir Puteh: Funeral Nor Atikah Alias, Malaysian student who died in a dormitory fire in Russia on April 22 last, buried at the Muslim cemetery in Kampung Bukit, rafting Linang here, today.

Nor Atikah bodies are buried next to the grave of the late grandmother Esah Ali at about 10:45 this morning.

The body of the medical students at home before the funeral of his uncle Mat Yaacob Mat Jusoh which is adjacent to the cemetery concerned.

His remains were brought back from Moscow, Russia, arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 9.45 last night and continued to be carried by hearse, and arrived at 8:30 this morning at his uncle's house.

Accompanying the bodies of Moscow and KLIA was the father of the late Elias explosions, mother and fiancee Najihah Mat Jusoh Atikah namely Wan Mohd Nor Wan Sarmanni Ikwan.

Also visit the remains of the Rajasthan Chief Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman, Member of Parliament for Pasir Puteh Dr Nik Mohamed Nik Mazi, chairman of the Education, Science, Technology and Special Duties Ghazali Taib Terengganu and Kelantan Police Chief Datuk Mazlan FAQ.

Najihah told reporters that he had met and talked with Nor Atikah before her daughter died three days later in hospital.

"During the meeting, Nor Atikah much more to tell about heaven. He was a good boy and I'm pleased with his departure (death)," he said.

Nor Atikah is the second of five siblings. His father was a member of the traffic police sergeant at the police headquarters Pasir Mas.

Meanwhile, Mat Yaacob said the two cows that have been prepared for the wedding Nor Atikah in August, will be used to make a feast with prayers for the deceased.

He said he was very close to his family and every time he would come back home to his house.
