Toyota explained picture viral on social media



COMPANY  Second Automobile Sdn Bhd (Perodua) yesterday, explaining some pictures that spread in social media reflects back end of a Perodua Alza axle separated from the frame.

President of Toyota and chief executive officer, Datuk Amnar Rashid Salleh said the damage shown in the pictures is due breach between Perodua Alza and other vehicles.

"In some posts, they claimed that the vehicle was damaged as a result of poor quality control. We would like to emphasize that Toyota does not compromise on quality and quality control, whether in production, sales and after-sales service, we "he said in a press statement yesterday.

Aminar said, commitment to quality is a core component in each of the four pillars of transformation, namely the transformation of production; transformation products; research and development and procurement transformation; and the transformation of customer satisfaction.

"We would like to thank all our customers for their support. Perodua will take whatever action is necessary to protect the name and image of any form of slander and libel," katanya.
