Kuala Lumpur : Magistrate's Court on Thursday sentenced a fine of RM1,000 to the taxi driver who allegedly slapped and pinched a woman so hurt.
Nuraminatul Mardiah Magistrate Mohd Noor also ordered Kim Fah Chong, 48, was jailed for two months for failing to pay the fine is .
The Magistrate sentenced to Chong after he pleaded guilty to causing injury to Tan Yun Ceat, 26 ,.
Tan Chong allegedly slapped Silabat Road at 7:40 am on 17 November last year.
Tan made a report at the Dang Wangi police station after the incident occurred while driving from Kepong to Jalan Raja Chulan through Silabat Road, 7:40 am Monday.
