Russian soldier firing green light

MOSCOW - RUSSIA. The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov ordered the security forces opened fire on Russian federal troops if they operate in the North Caucasus region without permission.

Kadyrov made the announcement, a day after a man was killed in Grozny Chechen in a special operation by the Russian authorities of the city of Stavropol.

"If there are soldiers who appear in your territory without permission, whether they are from Moscow or St. Petersburg, you are given permission to shoot them," Kadyrov said.

Kadyrov's statement seen exacerbate relations with the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.
