The latest face paradise, his mother pleaded guilty to ignore his self


A 40-year-old mother was charged with two counts of willfully neglecting a teenage son who is mentally retarded 15-year-old man in a flat in value on June 20 and today changed his plea to guilty.

Previously Lolanopita Sadi pleaded not guilty to the defendant submitted to it in the same court on 27 June.


The suspect, who wore a purple scarf and dress younger, accompanied by an unidentified woman just nodded his head and admit guilt once the interpreter finished reading the two charges against him.



On the first charge, accused of deliberately ignoring Lolapita Mohammad Firdaus Gurbuz that can cause physical and emotional injury in January and 21 June in a room in the flat Selangor, Nilai.

He was charged under Section 31 (1) (a) of the Child Act 2001, if found guilty, he could face a maximum fine RM20,00 or imprisonment of 10 years, or both.

For the second offense, he was charged with knowingly letting Muhammad Firdaus without reasonable supervision in the same house on June 26 at 2.30 am.

The suspect was charged under Section 33 (c) of the same act, if found guilty he could be fined up to RM5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding two years or to both.

Judge Kamarudin Kamsun set 17 November to establish a form of punishment to be imposed.
