Boh Cameronian Arts Awards recognize the talent Nadia Aqilah

KUALA LUMPUR: Boh Cameronian Arts Awards recognize talented actress, Nadia Aqilah, who received two trophies for the two categories of performing arts Musical Theatre at the award ceremony organized by Boh Plantations Sdn Bhd and Foot Art, tonight.

Nadia outperformed the category Best Performance Main Character through the musical The Last Five Years and Best Performance Supporting Role for P Ramlee The Musical theater (third season).

Best Lead Actor Theatre performing arts theater went through Ramlee Five Cows direction and script Nam Ron.

The awards ceremony was the 12th time risking 40 categories, representing the four branches of the performing arts through Theatre, Musical Theatre, Music and Dance.

In addition, special recognition was given to four legends who've turned the performing arts industry around the 1980s. They are Datuk Rahim Razali, Datuk Faridah Merican, Datin Marion D'Cruz and San Chee Chin.

The organization of this year also introduced a new category aimed at recognizing staging performing arts among secondary school students through three award categories Junior Cammies.

Meanwhile, Best Performance Together Ensemble Musical Theatre for the performing arts P Ramlee The Musical won (third season).

Best Director also held a combination of two well-known director of Harith Iskandar Musa and Hans Isaac through Supermokh The Musical theater.
