Three male occupants of the desert before rape

A situation room in the house was cluttered shop after three robbers ransacked.

SEGAMAT - Three men not only broke into a shop in Batu Anam, here, even the act of raping a girl who is the shop owner's son in the incident at about 3am yesterday.

Segamat district police chief Supt Mohd Kamil Sukarmi said the owner of the premises selling the 55-year-old shabby aware of the incident only after hearing the noise of a room on the top floor of his shop.

"He (the owner) and then check the noise before surprised to find three masked men armed with machetes and knocking at the door of his son and the other occupied rooms unfortunate girl.

"The suspect was aware of the presence of shop owners are then instructed to call out all the inhabitants of the room before tying the three victims by using wire," he said.

He said all the victims were gathered in a corner on the top floor houses the store before the suspects ransacked all the rooms in the shop.

He said the suspects then down to the ground floor of the shop before driving a 'fork lift' for transporting goods that are worn in the shop to put in a truck carrying them.

"Suddenly, a suspect who oversees all of the attractive girl in a room before the rape.

"Friends suspect that rises to the top floor and then was shocked to see her being raped the girl before directing all of them circulate for fear their activities inhaled the police," he said.

According to him, the owner of the shop with his son who managed to break the bonds they immediately contacted the police and found out about the rape victim was in a state of trauma.

He said the store owner who inspected find a cash prize of RM1,500, a gold chain, five gold rings, six mobile phones of various brands and products in its successful shabby and run suspect not estimate the actual loss suffered.

"The premise does not have a camera closed circuit television (CCTV) and we have instructed the girl checkup in Segamat District Hospital (HDS).

"Efforts to locate the suspects are also being carried out and the case is being investigated under Section 397/395 as rape and gang robbery with weapons," he said.
