Genius student was arrested for possession of pornography

SHAH ALAM - A gifted students in Mathematics from Malaysia, Nur Fitri Azmeer Nordin, 23, was sentenced to five years in prison after his conviction for possessing more than 30,000 indecent images and videos of children.

Citing reports portal United Kingdom International Business Times (UKIBT), Southwark Crown Court in London sentenced last Thursday after Nur Fitri has been convicted of 17 offenses, making and distributing indecent images of children.

Nur Fitri secrets uncovered after Metropolitan police managed to trace the behavior of Nur Fitri after meeting one of his internet account that has been downloaded thousands of videos and images of child porn.

Nur Fitri began studying at Imperial College last year and was arrested at his home in Queensborough Terrace, West London.

After knowing the treatment of Nur al-Fitr, police searched his home in November 2014 and found that his laptop open next to a statue of the child.

Nur Fitri pleaded guilty of the offense until the date of November 2014 in the same court.

When arrested, the police found that Nur Fitri Mathematics scholarship holders also have 601 pieces of pornographic videos and images, namely Category A category of sexual abuse involving children, as well as hundreds of pornographic material categories B and C.

"Nur Fitri has been involved in and share some of the images 'extreme' we've ever seen in the crime of child porn.

"The custodial sentence is difficult to avoid the court sentenced as the number of images and content are owned by Nur Fitri at alarming levels," said a Metropolitan Serious Crimes Unit officer, Sara Keane.

Nur al-Fitr begin studies at a mug in the capital and got a scholarship offer from the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara) to continue their studies in 2011.

He who comes from Malim Nawar Perak is a former student of Secondary School Science Teluk Intan, and has competed in the Olympic Mathematics Championships in Amsterdam.

In the report UKIBT, Nur Fitri will reportedly deported to Malaysia once released from jail.
